Most flatbed, bulk and tanker truck loading applications are outdoors in areas of heavy forklift and people traffic. We have been able to address these challenges and comply with OSHA using custom-designed freestanding Outdoor Truck Fall Arrest Systems.

Fall Protection Challenge: Employees need Fall Protection when loading and covering product outdoors in the wind and rain. Often there is no existing structure to anchor a fall arrest system.

Fall Protection Solution: CAI Safety Systems can provide a freestanding custom anchor points designed to support a Fall Arrest system to safely accommodate your truck or tanker loading needs. All our truck fall protection systems are OSHA and ANSI compliant.

Easy to Install:
Our truck fall protection systems are shipped fabricated. Field assembly consists of simple bolting and clamping that can be done by a local qualified contractor.

Retrieval System:
Using our innovative pulley retrieval system the user is able to access the fall protection Self Retracting Lifeline while safely on the ground.

Fall Arrest Capability:
The user has fall protection by being secured to a self retracting lifeline suspended from a trolley. In the event of a fall the self retracting lifeline will arrest the fall within two feet.

Horizontal lifeline:
Once on top of the truck the user is able to freely walk the length of the horizontal lifeline with no compromise to safety or productivity
