This makes installing a fixed fall protection systems under overhead cranes especially challenging.

CAI Swing Arm Fall Protection Systems are ideal for using in crane bays. The cantilevered arms fall protection system can fold away and allow the overhead crane full access. When fall protection is required, you can swing the arms back in to position when fall protection is needed and required. This approach allows you to maintain your productivity without compromise to fall protection safety. CAI Swing Arm Fall Protection Systems are OSHA and ANSI compliant.

Retrieval System:
With CAI, fall protection starts on the ground before you are on top of the elevated surface. With our retrieval system, the user is able to deploy and access the fall protection system while safely on the ground level.

Fall Arrest Capability:
The user has fall protection by being secured to a self retracting lifeline suspended from a trolley. In the event of a fall, the self retracting lifeline will arrest the fall with two feet.

Horizontal lifeline:
Once on top of the elevated surface, the user is able to freely walk the length of the horizontal lifeline with no compromise to safety or productivity.

Single Anchor Option:
If you need access over a short span, CAI has a single cantilever swing arm system that can support a 15 foot horizontal lifeline.

Automated Option:
CAI offers a motor operated automated option to extend and retract the fold away anchor arms of the fall protection system.

Safety Training:
Training is an indispensible part of our fall protection approach. Our trainers will instruct the user on the regulations, correct use, and proper maintenance of the fall protection system. Training is tailored to your specific crane bay system and use.
