Mobile Fall Protection Anchor System

The CAI Safety Mobile Fall Protection Anchor System is a portable and non-penetrating fall arrest anchor point and horizontal lifeline system. The OSHA compliant Mobile Fall Protection Anchor System is fully self contained, easy to install, practical and flexible without compromise to your employees safety or productivity. The Mobile Fall protection anchor is suitable for use on top of aircraft, railcar, tanker truck, tank, transformers, rooftop, RV, Bus, fire trucks and many more!

The Mobile Fall Protection Anchor System is a self contained vacuum Anchor that was designed for personal fall protection systems for attachment to smooth, non-porous surfaces. The product includes a self contained one-piece vacuum anchor assembly predominantly constructed of aluminum and a blended rubber or EPDM pad material. Models are available that allow the user to power off of shop air, a large capacity detached compressed gas bottle, or an on-board gas bottle.

The Mobile Fall Protection Anchor System provides a non-penetrating anchor point for fall arrest or restraint systems. The mobile anchor can be used as an independent anchor point for one person, or as an end anchor for a two person horizontal lifeline system.

		Self-Contained: The Mobile Fall Protection Anchor can operate on a compressed air bottle totally independent of all external power sources. No tripping on air or power lines!

		Fall Protection: The Mobile Fall Protection Anchor is rated for both Fall Arrest and Fall Restraint use.

		Non-Penetrating: The use of the Mobile Fall Protection Anchor does not require any drilling, welding or alteration to the surface. EPDM pad material protects the surface to which you are attaching. Intrinsically safe electronics are available in the aviation model.

Operation of Mobile Fall Protection Anchor


		Step 1 Simply position Mobile Fall Protection Anchor pad assembly against surface

		Step 2 Turn on the vacuum switch on the Mobile Fall Arrest Anchor

		Step 3 Wait for Mobile Fall Protection Anchor gauge needle to point in green or "safe" position

		Step 4 Connect approved shock absorbing lanyard to the Mobile Fall Arrest Anchor

		Step 5 You are good to go! No holes or destructive and time-consuming attachments are required. Mobile Fall Protection Anchor is ideal for use on planes, railcars, trucks tanks or other structures where drilling or welding are not an option
